What Does Trusting Jesus Mean?

Some people talk about trusting Jesus, and they mean…Don’t worry about it, it’s all going to work out. But how much of life tells you that’s not true?

Other people talk about trusting Jesus, and they mean…God wants you to win, and he’ll never give you more than you can handle. But that’s a lie.

So, what’s the truth about trusting Jesus? It means you trust God with your soul, no matter what happens in your life.

You know that God is the potter and you are a jar of clay. It means you’re vulnerable to outside forces. But when you get broken by life a treasure is revealed. People see the power of God in the weakness of you. And you don’t give up on God. Instead, you proclaim his name. THAT is trusting Jesus.
