The Seers Will See

People don’t see like God sees. And we should pray to see as God sees. Now we can see what God thinks through the Bible. It has been said this way: we think God’s thoughts after him. But sometimes we can see it and still not really “see” it. You see, we desire to be recognized by others. But we should desire to be recognized by God. And that might mean we’re not recognized by others. True godly success is not about the size of your platform, the volume of your production, the numbers in your portfolio, or your public influence over people. I think you may be surprised when heaven celebrates someone not many others even knew. They were great. But they weren’t recognized. Not because they lived in an obscure place or time. But because they lived for God before obscured minds. But the “seers” will see. Pray, “God let me see as you see”. Amen.
