When it comes to studying the scripture, context is king. In
John 1:10, you have three instances of the word “world” used in this same
verse. And each time it’s the same Greek word, “Kosmos” underlying it. But each
mention means something different. Jesus was a person on the Earth. And Jesus
was the one who made the Earth. But the people of the Earth did not recognize
him for who he was.
