Is the Bible enough? It depends on what you mean by the word
“enough.”
2 Peter 1:3-4 and 2 Timothy 3:16-17 clearly say that the Bible IS enough. It says that Christians have been given all that they need for life and godliness. And that the Bible is enough to convict you, correct you, train you, and make you complete, ready to do any and every godly thing.
However, this doesn’t mean that there is a direct Bible verse or quote for every single situation you encounter in life. Rather it means that the Bible is enough to equip you so that you will have the wisdom to deal with every single situation in life.
They Bible is more than “enough.” Because the Bible is more than a tool for you to use. The Bible makes you a tool for God to use.
